Wanting all your ducks in a row isn't it.
The uncomfortableness of uncertainty
is a gift, like a free taxi ride, to where
we want to go, or where we could be
doing the most good,
for the most people.
And in a way, it beats boredom
all to pieces. Because no one
wants to know how it's exactly
all going to turn out.
Wouldn't that be dull?
Even if it could happen.
But it won't, because we
have some say in where we want
to go. Where we want to end up.
Then we get to say again where
and what else we would like
to have happen in our lives never
knowing the result until we get there.
And the getting there is more fun
than the being there because were off
in no time at all again spending
more time in getting than being.
Yet, we steer and get to point which
direction we are interested in traveling
choosing our uncertain paths
just for the adventure of it.
So we might as well
get used to the mystery of life
and let the wisdom
of the universe
influence our daily decisions
and see what adventure
it has in mind
for us next.
